The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) and the Class II Madiun Correctional Center (BAPAS) was successfully carried out at the UNIPMA Campus 1 Conference Room, on Tuesday, 23/07/2024.

UNIPMA Rector, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, said that the signing of this MoU was a strategic step for the development of the tridharma of higher education which includes education, research, and community service. “I hope this MoU can be carried out carefully and well to develop and improve science.” said Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd (Vice Chancellor for Field IV UNIPMA), Dr. Endang Sri Maruti, S.Pd., M.Pd (Head of PGSD UNIPMA), Dr. Siska Diana Sari, S.H., M.H. (Dean of UNIPMA Faculty of Law), Dr. Sulistya Eviningrum, S.H., M.H. (Head of UNIPMA Law Department), a team from the UNIPMA Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations (BKH), and structural officials of BAPAS Class II Madiun.

This collaboration is expected to provide significant benefits for both parties, especially in improving the quality of education and making a real contribution to society. The MoU is also expected to open up more opportunities for UNIPMA students to engage in broader internship, research and community service activities.

With this collaboration, UNIPMA and BAPAS Class II Madiun are committed to continuing to support the development of sustainable education and making a positive contribution to the surrounding community.
