Saturday, 17 June, 2017 held at Graha Cendekia Universita PGRI Madiun held a public lecture with the theme "The Strategic Role of Higher Education in Increasing Competitiveness of the Nation". The public lecture was attended by all Lecturer and students of UNIPMA. Speaker: Dr. K.H. Abdul Wahid Maktub (Special Staff of Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education)

The general lecture attended by UNIPMA lecturers and students explained how universities face global upheaval through their belief in each capability. The steps taken in dealing with the global upheaval is to prioritize creativity, answer all new challenges with new answers, and improve research quality.

In addition, to become a college that is ready to compete at home and abroad, the process of improving relations both within the country and abroad needs to be pursued. Such a good relationship will create a quality of resources that is ready for free competition. Highly cooperating colleges have unselfish nature, that is, they have opened up to serve, give and be open.
