Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., the Rector Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), embarked on a new phase in his career with his appointment as the Chairman of APTISI Komisariat 3B for Region VII East Java. In a deeply meaningful atmosphere, he expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him. "This is a significant responsibility, especially given the current circumstances, where recruiting new students, particularly for private higher education institutions (PTS), is increasingly challenging," stated Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the Graha Samudra Ganesha Building, Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya, on Wednesday, (24/04/2024). Dr. Supri also emphasized the importance of collaboration among PTS as a key factor in enhancing the quality of education within Komisariat 3B. "Excellent quality will always attract prospective students," he added.

He also highlighted the necessity of strengthening cooperation to enhance the overall quality of education in East Java. "Let us together ensure that education in East Java remains the best nationally," he remarked.

The inauguration event was attended by the officials of APTISI Region VII East Java and the leaders of private higher education institutions in East Java. Following the inauguration, the series of activities continued with the Eid al-Fitr celebration, where M. Za’imuddin W As’ad, M.S, the Chairman of APTISI Region VII East Java, delivered a sermon. The event concluded with a Seminar on Digital Transformation in Higher Education and a group photo session.
