A heartfelt and spirited atmosphere enveloped the 14th graduation ceremony of PGRI University Madiun, held at Graha Cendekia on Saturday, April 27th, 2024. The theme of the event was "Tracing Kartini's Footsteps: Reaching the Summit of Success with Independence and Courage". This event not only served as a moment of honour for the graduates but also depicted the spirit of building a bright future by strengthening the spirit of independence and courage.

Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd (Rector PGRI University Madiun), in his address, invited all participants to reflect on the meaning of Kartini's footsteps in the struggle towards success. "Kartini is not just a symbol of resilient women but also a real example of how independence and courage can lead someone to achieve their dreams and life goals," he said with great inspiration. Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd also emphasized the importance of digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and seizing opportunities in facing the challenges of this digital era. "Through digital literacy, we can face various changes more prepared and quickly. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship and seizing opportunities are key to achieving success in this dynamic era," he added.

A total of 172 graduates from various study programs and faculties were prepared to step into a new chapter in their lives. With 29 graduates from the Master's Program and 143 graduates from the Bachelor's Program, they are ready to contribute to the progress of the nation.

The breakdown of the number of graduates based on faculties is as follows:

1. Graduate Program: 29 graduates

2. Faculty of Education and Teacher Training: 42 graduates

3. Faculty of Engineering: 19 graduates

4. Faculty of Economics and Business: 78 graduates

5. Faculty of Health Sciences and Natural Sciences: 4 graduates

Today's celebration also marks a moment to celebrate the achievements of PGRI University Madiun (formerly known as IKIP PGRI Madiun) in producing quality graduates since its establishment. With a total of 35,077 alumni to date, the university continues to carve out achievements in the world of higher education in Indonesia.
