Given that UNIPMA is a combination of 3 PTS (IKIP PGRI MADIUN, STT DHARMA ISWARA, and STIE DARMA ISWARA). Tuesday, May 30, 2017 held at Graha Cendekia, Rector of UNIPMA. H. Parji., M.Pd. describes the vision and mission of UNIPMA. The event was attended by all lecturer in UNIPMA aims to provide insight into what and how UNIPMA should be.

There are several important points that are presented: to be creative and innovative college through research, to produce graduates according to customer's expectation and work world, developing automation in service and Tri Dharma, putting forward the standard and quality of education. The important points that will become the foothold running of UNIPMA are to always improve the quality and quality in education.

The first step taken is the strategy of improving human resources (teaching staff). Improved academic qualifications of lecturer and acceleration of academic positions are always attempted. Two things will increase the productivity of faculty through researches. Furthermore, a superior teaching staff will produce excellent students as well.

For students will be strengthened with Orgamawa, the power of reasoning (PKM, LKTI, Olympic etc), the services of talent, interest, and welfare (scholarships and prizes). Especially in the field of PKM, UNIPMA has proved superior in the national arena.

Aside from the teaching and student sectors, the institution needs to increased cooperation in and abroad should be improved. Cooperation can be established with agencies or universities both at home and abroad. The expansion of cooperation networks will increasingly show that UNIPMA is one of the universities that are superior and competent in educating the world of education.

The composition of vision and mission and the process of achievement in the future will make UNIPMA as the best university. As stated by Dr. H. Parji "Vision and Mission is expected to continue UNIPMA become a college that really excellent in accordance with the predicate received as five major and main for private university in East Java region. Furthermore, UNIPMA is able to flapping the wing to be a superior university at the national level.”
