Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) in developing products and increasing the capacity of MSME actors, entered into an MoU with the Maju Prosperous UMKM Community (UMARA) Madiun on Wednesday (29/3/2023).

This collaboration was marked by the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding by the Chancellor of UNIPMA, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., and Chairman of Umara, Masita.

The event was attended by Dr. Jeffry Handika, M.Pd., M.Si Deputy Chancellor for Field 4, and Dr. Ninik Srijani, M.Pd., MM. Economic Education, Rischa Pramudia Trisnani, S.Pd, M.Pd. Entrepreneurship Sector, and BKH Representatives.

Meanwhile from UMARA, General Treasurer Diah Indarti and Laily Nur Fitria, Sudjatmiko, Elsa Pristiana, Tri Setyo Adi and Agustin Noraini, Eny Mujayanah Emy Soeprihatin, and Aji Setyawan were also present.

The Chancellor of UNIPMA said that this collaboration would be a follow-up to the MoA.
"Hopefully after the signing of this memorandum of understanding, there will be real follow-up. We are satisfied, for example, that training and assistance are held according to what UMARA needs at this time," he said.

The same thing was conveyed by Rischa Pramudia Trisnani, S.Pd, M.Pd. UNIPMA entrepreneurship unit head. He explained that the requirements to enter UNIPMA Mart were to have a business license and distribution permit, the more complete the permits they had, the better.

Meanwhile, the general chairman of UMARA, Masita said that his party was pleased to be able to work with UNIPMA, especially with the UNIPMA Mart and the UNIPMA Cooperative, so they could also collaborate in product marketing from UMKM members of Umara.
