The Faculty of Engineering, University of PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bachelor of Science Tamansiswa (UST) Yogyakarta has successfully held a webinar series. This activity is a series of implementations of the cooperation that has been signed between the two.

This webinar activity was held for four consecutive days starting Tuesday, March 28 until Friday, March 31, 2023, at 08.00 – finished.

Eight expert speakers have successfully delivered their material to webinar participants. The participants in this webinar series attended each FT UNIPMA and UST semester 2, 4, and 6 students.

There were two resource persons for the last day, namely Elly Wuryatiningtyas Y., S.T., M.T. from FT UST Yogyakarta and Aan Zainal Muttaqin, S.T., M.T., IPP. From the two sources, they delivered the material with the theme of "Quality".

Aan Zainal said that quality in the industry is very important due to company reputation, cost reduction, increase in market share, product responsibility, and international and brand impact.

His party also conveyed ways to improve service quality, including identifying the main determinants of service quality, managing customer expectations, managing service quality, and developing a quality culture.

The participants in this webinar series were very active and very enthusiastic. This was evidenced by the participants asking questions to the speakers and participating in joint discussions.
