Improving the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic still needs to be maintained by educators in educational institutions. The request to improve the quality of educators in managing learning management at SMK Bina Farma Madiun was warmly welcomed by the TEAM of Lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA Madiun).

The material presented is an introduction to Google For Education. This material is a platform that can be used to improve learning management. Mentoring activities are packaged in In-House Training which is attended by all teachers, laboratory assistants, and administrative staff from SMK Bina Farma.

Apart from that, the mentoring also provided materials for making learning media in the form of videos. This material is intended so that teachers can package material that is more interactive. This training was carried out in the Computer Lab at SMK Bina Farma Madiun.

According to Agnes Andriana, S.E., M.Pd as the principal of the Bina Farma Madiun Vocational School, teachers, laboratory assistants, and administrative staff at the school must know, master, and be able to utilize digital technology as one of the tools used for the teaching and learning process. During the pandemic, students had to adjust their face-to-face learning to switch to the online learning process.

“Indeed, this is not an easy transition of methods, both for teachers, students, and parents. But all must be able to keep up with the changes so that the teaching and learning process can run optimally," said Agnes.
