UNIPMA PGSD Lecturer Conducts Internship at DUDI in Indonesian Education Quality (KPI) Surabaya 

The Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) Universitas PGRI Madiun Universitas (UNIPMA) carries out a Lecturer Internship Program at DUDI (Industrial World) in order to improve the experience of lecturers and the implementation of lecturer activities outside the campus.

In this program, UNIPMA PGSD cooperates with PT. Indonesian Education Quality (KPI) in Surabaya. PT. KPI is an educational consulting agency that develops Research and Development Training, supervision and coaching services.

The main program of KPI is to increase the impact of education quality with a structured and systematic mentoring pattern. Lecturers who are interned at PT. KPI learns about the mechanisms of training and coaching in the field of education, such as curriculum, teacher quality improvement, and the management of education management institutions.

Lecturers carry out internships offline for one month at KPI Surabaya. The two lecturers who were selected to go for the internship were Dr.Cerianing Putri Pratiwi, M.Pd. and Vivi Rulviana, M.Pd. Both lecturers are guided by coaches who are experienced in their fields. The coaches include Dr. Shobikhul Qishom, M.Pd., Ihda Noviar Diwani, S.Pd., Yuni Istikhah, S.Pd., and M.Fauzi N.F, S.Pd.

The Lecturer Internship at Dudi went smoothly and the program ended with the submission of an internship certificate from KPI to the Lecturer. This program is expected to increase the experience and knowledge of lecturers regarding improving the quality of education so that lecturers can guide students well. Lecturers who have carried out internships with Dudi are scheduled to disseminate the results of their internships to other lecturers so that PGSD lecturers get the same information and knowledge.
