The chairman of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) in Madiun city inaugurated the administrators of the special branch of the PGRI special branch of the Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) for the 2022-2027 period of service in the UNIPMA Integrated Laboratory Building Meeting Room, Monday (3/10/2022).

The event was attended by the Chancellor of UNIPMA Dr. Supri Wayudi Utomo, M.Pd., Drs. H Imam Sujudi Chairman of PPLP PT PGRI Madiun, Budi Wahjuningsih, S.Pd chairman of PGRI Madiun City, UNIPMA vice chancellors and other structural officials.

In the event, the Chancellor of UNIPMA said that with the formation of a special branch of PGRI this special branch could be more active and better in the future. He explained that this inauguration was aimed at regenerating the management of the PGRI special branch of the UNIPMA special branch for the 2022-2027 term of service, which was carried out in accordance with the Organization's AD/ART.

"Hopefully the new management can carry out the mandate of this organization well, and can become a strategic partner of the regional government and related stakeholders," he said.

Meanwhile, in the direction of the chairman of the PGRI of Madiun City Budi Wahjuningsih, S.Pd, it is hoped that PGRI administrators can synergize and become strategic partners of the regional government in improving the competence of teachers in Madiun. On the one hand, the Chancellor of UNIPMA will provide input to the management to develop a program of activities oriented towards improving teacher qualifications and competencies, teacher professionalism and improving teacher welfare.

UNIPMA as one of the universities in Madiun is ready to cooperate with PGRI in implementing the vision, mission and work program of PGRI. Moreover, UNIPMA has a special branch of PGRI which is chaired directly by the Vice Chancellor for Division II UNIPMA. Dr. Marheny Lukitasari, M.Pd..

It is planned by the Chairman of the PGRI of Madiun City, Budi Wahjuningsih, S.Pd, in commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of PGRI of Madiun City on November 25, 2022, it is hoped that the special branch of PGRI UNIPMA in collaboration with PGRI of Madiun City can collaborate to be able to present a chorus, dance and so on. all for the promotion of UNIPMA so that UNIPMA remains victorious.
