The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun (FEB UNIPMA) held the 4th management, business and accounting innovation seminar (SIMBA 4) with the theme "Improving the Competitiveness of Generation Z in the Era of Sustainable Industrialization" online through a zoom meeting on Saturday (01/10). /2022)..

The 4th SIMBA event is a national seminar in collaboration with professional associations, namely the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) for the East Java Region and the Indonesian Bachelor of Economics Association (ISEI) Surabaya Branch and was attended by speakers and participants from the Universidade Da Paz Timor Leste, Veterans University Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo, Malikussaleh University Aceh, AAS Indonesia Institute of Business Technology, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta and from PGRI University Madiun totaling 809 people.

This activity was divided into 3 sessions, namely the first opening session which was filled by the Chancellor of the PGRI Madiun University, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd, followed by the Chair of the IAI East Java Region, Prof. Drs. Basuki, M. Com (Hons), Ph.D, Ak, CMA, CA, Asean CPA as the keynote speaker and finally the representative of ISEI Cab. Surabaya Mr. Drs. Bambang Budiarto, M.Sc. The second session was the presentation of the material presented by Bpk. Alif Rodhiyan, S.E., Ak, CA, M.M (IAI East Java Region), Mrs. Dr. Siti Mujanah, M.B.A, Ph.D (ISEI Cab Surabaya), Maya Novita Sari, S.E., M.Ak and Karuniawati Khasanah, S.E., M.M. from FEB UNIPMA, the third session was the presentation of articles by the presenters who were divided into 23 parallel class rooms online and without any shortcomings.

The activities in it are the signing of a memorandum of understanding (Mou) by the Chairman of IAI Bpk. Prof. Drs. Basuki, M. Com (Hons), Ph.D, Ak, CMA, CA, Asean CPA, Chairman of ISEI Bpk. Dr. Eko Purwanto, S.E., M.Si with the Chancellor of UNIPMA Bpk. Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd virtually. It is hoped that in the future after the signing of this MoU, it can assist in the development of higher education curricula in terms of education, research and community service so that it has an impact on the quality of competence of graduates from UNIPMA.
