Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Madiun Region Forestry Service (CDK) Branch of East Java Province at campus 1 UNIPMA Meeting Room on Monday (26/9/2022). The initiation of collaboration between Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) and the Madiun District Forestry Service Branch (CDK) of East Java Province, has been started since July 2022, starting with tree planting activities at the Ngrowo Bening Edu Park location, Madiun City.

Then joint activities were also carried out at the Ngudi Waluyo Forest Farmers Group (KTH) in Wungu Village, Wungu Madiun District. The activity with the goal of KTH Ngudi Waluyo was carried out in collaboration between CDK Forest Extension Officers for the Madiun Region and the UNIPMA Faculty of Engineering Student Association, which was held through the 2022 Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Grant (PPK-Ormawa). beekeeping activities.

This Cooperation Agreement aims to increase the intensity of collaboration between UNIPMA and CDK Madiun Region, a MOU was signed between the Chancellor of UNIPMA and the Madiun Regional CDK Service (Ir. Didik Susanto). In addition, the MOA was also signed between the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and the CDK Service for the Madiun Region.

With this Cooperation Agreement, it is hoped that with the legal umbrella of this cooperation, it will increase research productivity and community service with the target of forest farmer groups in the Madiun Region CDK working area which includes: Madiun, Magetan and Ngawi.
