The Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun (FT UNIPMA) held a national seminar on information and communication technology (SENATIK) 2022 online on Saturday (20/8/2022).

Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas of PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) Nasrul Rofiah Hidayati, S.T., M.Pd. in his speech said the theme raised at this national seminar was "Be Smart With Metaverse Technology". Meanwhile, the topics that will be discussed in SENATIK 2022 include metaverse theory in the world of education, about mataverse in terms of the Business and Industry World, and about Metaverse Relation With Medical Informatics.

This seminar invited three speakers, namely Prof. Yusep Rosmansyah, S.T, M.Sc., Ph.D – Lecturer at the School of Electrical and Informatics Engineering (Bandung Institute of Technology), Andes Rizky – Managing Director Shinta VR., and Moch. Yusuf Asyari, S.Tr.Kom, M.Kom – Lecturer of Informatics Engineering Study Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA).

This activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the Head of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, UNIPMA lecturers and 62 seminar participants who had previously sent papers to the committee. The 62 participants were divided into 58 participants from the UNIPMA Informatics Engineering study program and 4 participants from outside campuses.

The purpose of this activity is as a forum for sharing knowledge, ideas and input openly to all seminar participants so that the information conveyed can add insight and improve participants' technological competence.

By holding this activity, it is hoped that students will have a new spirit in developing ideas and innovations in the field of science and technology and always present quality, superior and motivating speakers.
