Success, FKIP UNIPMA Holds National Seminar on Social, Science, Education, Humanities 

The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun (FKIP UNIPMA) held a national seminar on Social, Science, Education, Humanities (SENASSDRA) with the theme "Innovation and Free Integration of Learning in Education".

The chairman of the implementing committee, Dr. Erlik Widiyani Styati, S.Pd., M.Pd. said the activity was carried out on Wednesday (22/6/2022).

The activity, which was carried out online, presented external speakers, namely Prof. Dr. H. Muchlas Samani, M.Pd. (UNESA) and Dr. Muhammad Yunus, M. Pd. (UNISMA) as well as internal resource persons, namely Dr. Muhammad Hanif, MM., M.Pd. (UNIPMA).

The National Seminar on Social, Science, Education, Humanities is a work program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of PGRI Madiun (FKIP UNIPMA).

The seminar consisted of 8 (eight) sub-themes, namely, learning methods in independent learning, assessment in independent learning, curriculum in independent learning, language integration in independent learning, literacy in education, classroom action research in the era of independent learning, education-based STEAM, and counseling guidance services in the context of independent learning.

The activity which was attended by approximately 200 participants was moderated by Dr. Indriyana Dwi Mustikarini, S.H., M.H. The first resource person is Prof. Dr. H. Muchlas Samani, M.Pd. Professor of Education Management at UNESA.

Then the second resource person, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, M. Pd. (UNISMA) reviewed the teacher's understanding, how to implement according to what was conveyed by the expert regarding STEAM learning with an integrated approach.

"STEAM learning needs to get more massive socialization to teachers, and STEAM as a learning approach must be understood in the form of elements that build (integrated) STEAM through a good understanding of STEAM literacy," said Yunus.

The third last speaker, namely Dr. Muhammad Hanif, MM., M.Pd. explained the material for the Development of the Model of Internalizing the Value of Local Wisdom of the Sodong Community in Mitigation of Covid-19 to Improve the Life Skills of Elementary School Students.

On that occasion the participants actively asked the resource persons so that SENASSDRA activities became productive. Then continued with the presentation session for the presenters.
