Universitas PGRI Madiun held a National Scientific Essay Writing competition. The activity was held to celebrate the 47th UNIPMA dies natalis. The coordinator of the competition, Yunita Furinawati, S.Hum., M.A, said that the National Scientific Essay Writing competition was held with the theme of Smart Students in Realizing the SDGs.

"Registration and collection of full papers is open from 11-31 May 2022," he said in a written statement, Tuesday (24/5/2022).

"The submitted manuscripts will be examined by the jury on 1-3 June 2022 and the winner will be announced on 4 June 2022, when the scientific oration is finished," he added.

This essay writing competition is open to active students from SMA/SMK/MA and equivalent as evidenced by a scan of student cards. The winners will receive various attractive prizes. "There are cash prizes and e-certificates as appreciation for the winners," explained Yunita.

Then, the writings that are sent according to the theme and must be original and have never been a finalist or won a writing competition before elsewhere. Participants consist of 2-3 people from the same school.

"Each team is allowed to send a maximum of 2 works," he said.

 "Come on, let's celebrate UNIPMA's 47th anniversary by participating in this essay competition," he concluded.
