Wednesday, February 2, 2022. On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, the Inauguration of the Rector of Universitas PGRI Madiun for the 2022-2026 term of service will be held. The blended inauguration procession took place at the Graha Cendekia UNIPMA Building by implementing strict health protocol procedures. The inauguration participants also participated in a live stream via the Universitas PGRI Madiun YouTube channel and zoom meeting.

Based on the Decree of the Chairman of the PPLP Foundation of PT PGRI Madiun, Number: 055/C/PPLPPTPGRIMADIUN/2022 concerning the Appointment of the Rector of the PGRI Madiun University for the period of 2022-2026, dated February 2, 2022, the appointment of Dr. H. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd as Chancellor of PGRI Madiun University for the period of 2022-2026.

Dr. H. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd as the elected Chancellor was inaugurated directly by the chairman of the PPLP Foundation PT PGRI Madiun, Drs. H. Imam Sujudi. Then continued the oath by the Chancellor. The next event was the presentation of the performance report by the Rector for the 2017-2022 Term of Service, Prof. Dr. H. Parji, M.Pd. to the Elected Chancellor for the 2022-2026 term, Dr. H. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. It is hoped that the chancellor will be re-elected to continue directing the PGRI Madiun University.

In his remarks the Chancellor for the 2017-2022 Term of Service, Prof. Dr. H. Parji, M.Pd. in his report said that the process of changing the rector of the Universitas PGRI Madiun for the 2022-2026 term of service went well and smoothly and peacefully without any conflicts and divisions. Thank you to the deans, head of study programs, lecturers, functionaries, and employees who have supported and worked together. “Without all of you, I could not be successful in becoming the chancellor. This is all of our contributions,” said Prof. parji.

"Thank you for coming in person or via zoom, I hope UNIPMA continues to prosper forever," he added.

Dr. H. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. as the elected Chancellor in his speech stated that he would submit and obey the mandate given by the PPLP Foundation of PT PGRI Madiun, always consult and ask for the foundation's approval in carrying out work programs. In addition, it will also continue the achievements of the previous UNIPMA Chancellor.

"Of course this is very difficult, but it is a mandate for me to continue this struggle, I really hope for direction and guidance so that I can carry out this mandate in accordance with what has been outlined by PPLP PT PGRI Madiun.

Drs. H. Imam Sujudi as the Chairperson of the PPLP Foundation of PT PGRI Madiun congratulated the elected Chancellor, good luck in carrying out the duties of the foundation. He also stated that the Chancellor must be able to establish good cooperation with all parties, hoping for mutual synergy between the foundations, rectorates, deans and institutions and all civitas in order to advance the UNIPMA campus. Pak Imam as he is familiarly called, also expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. H. Parji, M.Pd. who has carried out his duties as Chancellor of the PGRI Madiun University for the 2017-2022 term.

On the same occasion Prof. Dr. Ir. Suprapto, DEA as the Head of LLDIKTI Region VII East Java, said Congratulations on carrying out the task to Dr. H. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd. as Chancellor of UNIPMA for the term of 2022-2026.

"I support, God willing, UNIPMA will be even more successful, UNIPMA will be successful, Madiun will be successful, if UNIPMA is great, East Java is great, Indonesia is strong," he concluded.
