UNIPMA Accounting Students Hold KWU Training in Kedungmaron Pilangkenceng Village

One of the areas having the address at Kedungmaron Village, Pilangkenceng District has several Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that are developing. Among these SMEs, the tempe chips production industry is the most widely engaged business sector by business actors and has great potential for growth.

One of the tempe chips SMEs in Kedungmaron Village, Pilangkenceng District is the tempe chips UKM "NAJA" which is produced by Mrs. Yuli therefore the 2021 Talent Innovation Team for Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business UNIPMA Madiun held an entrepreneurship training to learn selling business for the younger generation (bujug dah) innovation marketing and flavor variants in the millennial market era in Kedungmaron Village, Madiun Regency".

The Head of the Innovation Talent Team Muhammad Dicky Iskandar explained that the activity had been socialized on November 15, 2021 and training activities had been carried out for three times. This activity was carried out by inviting the Head of Kedungmaron Village, Kec. Pilangkenceng, the supervisor of Mrs. Anny Widiasmara, SE, M. and the owner of the tempe chips UKM "NAJA" Mrs. Yuli and her husband.

The result of this Digital marketing-based marketing innovation training in collaboration with Shopee Indonesia is that it is easier for consumers/buyers to order via Instagram, WhatsApp and telephone by cooperating with Shopee E-commerce and making OSS-based online business permits. also provides a way to make packaging neater, easier and more efficient. Flavor variants (original, balado, roast beef, roasted corn, chicken onion, spicy)., it is hoped that from this training the tempe chips UKM "NAJA" Mrs. Yuli can expand the range of business so that the chips Tempe with a variety of flavors can be recognized by many people and the market share is getting wider.
