Among them, Prof. Parji said that basically since the formation of the state, Indonesia has had strong social capital. However, along with the dynamics and challenges of the era, social capital is important to continue to be maintained, strengthened, developed and implemented in the context of its era.

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 there are factors that can erode and distort the nation's social capital, therefore serious anticipation and effort are needed from all stakeholders. Efforts need to be focused on improving human resources through updating skills, improving skills, entrepreneurial abilities, and relevant and quality education and training.

Prof. Parji also said that strengthening, developing, and implementing the nation's social capital must be carried out in the perspective of Pancasila values, both as the basis of the state, the nation's view of life, and the nation's ideology. The pure and consistent experience of Pancasila values in the life of society, nation and state must be the collective endeavor and commitment of the nation.

For that we need approaches, strategies, and programs to strengthen the nation's social capital, either through the government, the community, or through education. The three educational centers, namely the family, school, and community environment are important pillars in the process of socialization, internalization, and implementation of social capital in the perspective of Pancasila values.

In strengthening social capital, one should not forget and pay attention to the culture and local wisdom that is spread throughout the archipelago.

He also closed the oration with a series of thanks to each party and his extended family who have provided endless support throughout the course of Prof.'s education and career.
