Follow Technological Developments, UNIPMA Lecturers Give IT Training for Kindergarten and Elementary Teachers

In the learning and assessment process, you can do IT, for example using computers, laptops and cellphones. Through this media, the learning process becomes more interesting.

Learning after the emergence of Covid-19, requires educators to carry out online learning. We are all expected to be able to use technology to accelerate the transformation of education. Teachers must master online-based learning technology including the three types of technology utilization. Be it as a medium, a learning resource or as a teaching aid.

For this reason, UNIPMA Lecturer, Tri Wahyuni ​​C, S.S, M.Pd. and several students from Wiraraja University as well as class 2 teaching campus participants consisting of Abqari Safura, inika sari, Habanias kurli and Tina Rosanti held IT training workshops for Aisyiyah Kindergarten teachers in Madiun City, East Java Province and East Kalianget X Elementary School, Kalianget District. , Sumenep Regency, Madura Island, East Java Province.

This activity will be held on October 8, 2021 virtually through google meet. This IT training workshop activity aims to provide training, information as well as fresh knowledge to the participants consisting of teachers from Kindergarten Aisyiyah and SD Negeri Kalianget Timur X. The training provided by resource person Tri Wahyuni ​​C, SS, M.Pd to elementary school teachers Negeri Kalianget Timur X is training to operate google meet and google drive. With the implementation of online learning, Google Meet helps teachers stay connected with students like teaching in person.

The resource person also explained that the advantage of google meet is that the capacity of the participants can be very large, operating it is very easy. Then the function of Google Drive in learning is to be able to share large files, save links, take notes on attendance or assignments and others. With Google Meet and Google Drive, it can help teachers optimize teaching activities, especially during a pandemic like this. As well as developing a way of teaching teachers at the East Kalianget X Elementary School which is only limited to using the WhatsApp group application in the previous lesson.
