Thursday, October 7, 2021 - Kampung Susu Lawu (KSL) is located in Singolangu Hamlet, Sarangan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency, East Java. Singolangu is very familiar among climbers because it is known as one of the entrances to the Mount Lawu climbing route. Besides being famous as the entrance to the hiking trail, this hamlet is famous as a producer of dairy cows located at the foot of Mount Lawu, so it is called Kampung Susu Lawu (KSL).

The location of the agro-tourism village which is approximately one kilometer from the Sarangan Lake tourist area also has the potential for strawberry plantations, but the results of the abundance of strawberry fruit have not been utilized optimally and creatively. By utilizing the existing potential, students from PGRI Madiun University (UNIPMA) who are members of the PHP2D Team (Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program) AMPIBI (Biology Education Student Association) innovate to develop a creative economy together with the Susu Lawu group community.

Fresh Milky Strawberry is a drink that is currently popular in South Korea. This drink made from cow's milk and strawberry is popular with the public, especially young people. This drink was chosen as one of the new processed products here because it saw the potential of the village in the form of producing dairy cow milk and strawberry fruit, so that the abundance of raw materials was sufficient for the manufacture of products. People who are members of the Lawu Milk Group are very enthusiastic about participating in the training on making Fresh Milky Strawberry. The processing of dairy cow's milk in Singolangu uses factory standardization so that the taste of the milk produced has a different taste from dairy cow's milk elsewhere. "The results of this cow's milk can actually be processed into a special culinary by combining local farmers' strawberries so that they can be used as healthy souvenirs for tourists," said one of the Fresh Milky Strawberry trainees.

Fresh Milky Strawberry products are available at the souvenir center of Kampung Susu Lawu. Besides being available there, marketing is also done through online media such as Instagram and WhatsApp to further introduce this product to the wider community. It is sold at an affordable price and provides good benefits for the body because it does not contain any preservatives at all, making this product much coveted by the public.
