Thursday, August 26, 2021. At the National Law Week, the Faculty of Law, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) held a Conference On Law and Social Studies (COLaS) Seminar. The agenda starts at 09.00 WIB online via the google meet application, Thursday (6/8/2021).

The seminar carries the theme "Dynamics and Challenges of Cyber ​​Law in Indonesia". Participants in the event received E-Certificates, E-Proceedings with ISSN, useful relations and knowledge.

The seminar aims to provide socialization and education to the public about the laws that apply in Indonesia, especially regarding the ITE Law and establish political and legal education related to virtual crimes.

The event began with remarks from Dr. Siska Diana Sari, S.H., M.H., as the Dean in her speech said, hopefully this event can provide additional education and information as well as socialization related to the dynamics and challenges of cyber law in Indonesia.

"As we know, during this pandemic, we are all very closely related to communication tools because many also have to work at home, and we must pay attention to cyber law because this communication tool should not help but instead become a boomerang for all of us," explained Dr. Siska Diana Sari, S.H., MH.

The event, which was held by the Faculty of Law, brought together three well-known speakers, Prof. Dr. Adi Sulistyono, S.H., M.H. (Lecturer of the Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta), Dr. Hernafi Affandi, S.H., LL. M. (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University), Sofyan Wimbo Agung Pradnyawan, S.H., M.H. (Lecturer of the Faculty of Law, PGRI University of Madiun), and Masitoh Indriani, S.H., LL. M. (Lecturer of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University).

He also hopes that UNIPMA FH students can develop their knowledge and potential by seriously listening to the material presented.
