Thursday, July 15, 2021. Not satisfied with providing hard skills, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) continues to galvanize students' soft skills until just before leaving the UNIPMA campus. This is evidenced by the holding of debriefing for UNIPMA students. The debriefing event was held online through the Zoom Meeting application.

The event presented two presenters including Pramudya Ardi, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Owner Robotindo Madiun) and Rischa Pramudia T, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Head of UPBK UNIPMA) who will provide briefing with various techniques and tips to achieve success in the world of work. Starting from identifying job opportunities to tips for winning the world of work.

The event was officially opened by the Chancellor of UNIPMA, Drs. R. Bekti Kiswardianta, M.Pd. In his speech he revealed that this activity is a form of moral responsibility towards improving the quality of graduates. In addition to the hard skills that we provide, students are also continuously equipped with soft skills from the beginning to the end of their education.

"The improvement of soft skills has started since the first time students entered the campus world with PKKMB activities, and ended with alumni debriefing activities ahead of graduates at graduation," he explained. With the provision of soft skills and hard skills, it is believed that it will make it easier for graduates to reach the job market and develop themselves in various working conditions they face.

UNIPMA continues to be committed to improving the quality of graduates. This can be seen since students first set foot in UNIPMA. This UNIPMA new student was welcomed with PKKMB activities and new student orientation. These two activities will provide the basis for soft skill development. Throughout the study period, students' soft skills will continue to be forged in the learning process, all processes are filled with soft skills. And the peak is before graduation, these students will be given briefings and information in the world of work.
