Saturday, June 26, 2021. The Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) held an internship briefing activity before being released to take part in internships in 2020/2021 in various institutions, both government institutions and non-government institutions. The activity was held virtually through the zoom application on Saturday, June 26, 2021 with the theme: Be a Better Version of You Through Intership Program.

Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Aglis Andhita Hatmawan, S.E., MM who opened the activity said that a person's personality will determine how he works and also how he adapts to the work environment. "The demands of the world of work are not only intellectually intelligent, but also emotionally intelligent. Therefore, in carrying out internship activities, students do not only need hard skills but also soft skills," he said.

The activity continued with the provision of material and socialization by Nur Adiansyah Pratama, Special Account Representative for BPJS Employment Madiun and Vinta Berliana, Favorite Indonesian Princess of East Java 2017.

The Dean of FEB appealed to internship students to always maintain the good name of the alma mater by showing good soft skills, being disciplined and responsible at work and establishing good communication at the internship place. This activity certainly aims to make students able to prepare their abilities from an early age to face the world of work.
