Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNIPMA, Dr. Anggita Langgeng Wijaya, S.E., M.Sc., Ak., CPA. delivered a scientific oration at the peak of the 46th anniversary of UNIPMA at the Integrated Laboratory Building, Saturday (5/6/2021). The scientific oration took the theme "Good University Governance and Organization Sustainability".

Starting from a thought/idea The development of an independent campus designed a good university organizational governance. The main principles of good organizational governance are credible, transparent, accountable, responsible, and fair. Sustainability of good organizational governance means that it exists, does not die/bankrupt, develops well, continuously improves, grows, lives and sustains. Such was the scientific oration delivered by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNIPMA, Dr. Anggita Langgeng Wijaya, S.E., M.Sc., Ak., CPA. at the peak of UNIPMA's 46th anniversary.

According to Langgeng, the relationship between the implementation of Good University Governance and Organizational Sustainability, by implementing Good University Governance, is how we can have obedient organizational management and economic, effective and efficient governance of the implementation of the tri dharma. "The direction that is expected to be in the process of creating value for money is tri dharma governance and management and its impact can affect the level of accreditation, the number of students and supporting business units," said Langgeng delivering his scientific oration entitled "Good University Governance and Organizational Sustainability".

Furthermore, Langgeng explained, the long-term goal of implementing good university governance is the realization of a sustainable organization. "How can our task as an academic world adapt quickly to changes in new regulations in order to realize good university governance," said Langgeng.

In closing, Langgeng concludes that Good University Governace is attached to the policy of Higher Education. So it is necessary to carry out Good University Governace well, (governance and tri dharma activities) as an effort to realize Organizational Sustainability. Its output is increasing accreditation, the number of students, and supporting business units as an effort to realize Organizational Suntainability and financial health. "The sustainability of our campus is our shared responsibility, let's support together how this organization can be advanced so that UNIPMA is even more victorious. Once again I wish you a happy 46th anniversary, I hope UNIPMA will be more successful and successful," concluded Langgeng.
