Universitas PGRI Madiun Cares for Orphans 

Friday, 7 May 2021. Universitas PGRI Madiun held UNIPMA PEDULI YATIM. This is intended to help orphan children who are experiencing economic difficulties. This activity has been carried out by Universitas PGRI Madiun routinely in the month of Ramadan since 2017 which is managed by PGRI Madiun University lecturers.

PGRI Madiun University PEDULI YATIM is intended for orphans and underprivileged children in Madiun City. The number of foster children at Universitas PGRI Madiun PEDULI YATIM reaches 51 people who have the opportunity to get this assistance and compensation starting from kindergarten to high school levels. The capital from the event comes from the lecturers who set aside a portion of their income to donate.

The direct compensation program was given by the Head of the PPLP Foundation PT PGRI Madiun, Drs. Imam Suyudi on Wednesday, May 5, 2020 in the Lab room. Physics. The compensation provided includes cash, basic necessities, and gifts. In previous years before the Covid 19 pandemic there was an iftar together with UNIPMA PEDULI YATIM foster children. "The situation is not yet possible so we cannot hold the breaking fast together, but we still provide compensation to our foster children and every semester we also give foster children scholarships".
