Wednesday, April 7, 2021. The Physics Student Community (KOMFI) Universitas PGRI Madiun has held a Physics Competition. The competition starts with registration on December 28, 2020 and March 13, 2021, the preliminary round until the finals on March 27, 2021.

The competition which was participated by SMA / SMK / MA students in East Java has reached its peak. The pinnacle of the finals in the competition resulted in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners as well as the runners-up. Among them was the 1st winner from the DAU Ar-Rohman female high school "boarding school" on behalf of Zahra Wahyuni, 2nd winner from MAN 6 Jombang on behalf of Waluyo Kridho Asmoro, 3rd place from SMAN 1 Trenggalek, and the runner up winner from MAN 6 Jombang again on behalf of Aisah Firdani .

The Head of the Physics Student Community (KOMFI) of Universitas PGRI Madiun said that this competition could broaden the knowledge of SMA / SMK / MA students in East Java about physics. Because physics has an important role in studying what is on earth starting from natural phenomena, technology that is very useful for humans and understanding how nature works.
