Rector Cup is a special competition for Badminton sport held at UNIPMA as part of a series of Anniversary activities. The championship has been held for 6 years starting with the 38th anniversary of IKIP PGRI Madiun in 2013. The classes are competed in various ways, there are general classes and students throughout Java-Bali.

In the 44th UNIPMA Anniversary, the Chancellor Cup was held on June 20 - June 24, 2019. The five-day activity was held at the UNIPMA GOR and GOR Wilis City of Madiun. Both places were chosen to facilitate around 300 teams competing.

The contests are: men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles, children's classes, veteran classes or bond free. All teams compete for the Rector cup trophy and coaching costs of 6 million.

"Hopefully in the future, the Rector Cup will become a prestigious event in the badminton championship at the national level while upholding the spirit of high sportsmanship", said Ghon Lisdianto, M.Or as the chief executive of this event.
