“Congratulation for becoming the winner of the competition of East Java’s Demography in 2017” was an utterance given to Rosi Ayu Sholihah, a student from Education of Indonesian Language and Literature of UNIPMA Madiun. Rosi Ayu Sholihah, commonly addressed as Rosi became the winner after she had completely defeated the delegation from Surabaya State University and the delegation from Airlangga University.

This Rosy’s achievement is actually motivated by her previous achievements, namely: Genre Ambassador in Madiun and the best ten finalists of speech competition about BKKBN demography in East Java.  According to Rosi, Her struggles were not easy. She smartly has to devide her time for preparing the Semester Middle Test and her competition as well. In fact, there were three competition steps that should be done by her such as administration, written test, and demograpy speech. The most difficult step of them is when she has to deliver the speech prepared by herself just for 3 hours.
