Carrying the theme “Synergy and Responsibility: Cultivating the Spirit of Student Leadership,” the LKMM-TD was attended by all members of Kopma Nirwasita. The activity was also attended by the Kopma Nirwasita supervising lecturer, Nik Amah, S.E., CTT., MSI., CSRS., who provided support as well as guidance to the participants.

In her remarks, Nik Amah, S.E., CTT., MSI., CSRS., emphasized the importance of the role of students in organizations as a means of character building and leadership development. “Students are not only required to be active, but also able to take responsibility and work synergistically within organizations. This is where the spirit of leadership will grow and be honed,” she said.

LKMM-TD is a basic student leadership training aimed at equipping participants with knowledge and organizational skills, particularly in the fields of leadership, cooperatives, administration, finance, and activity management.

Dwi Nurul Aisyah, as the chairperson of the organizing committee, stated in her interview that the theme of the activity was chosen because synergy and responsibility are two important elements in shaping the character of student leaders, especially in carrying out organizational roles and duties.

“This LKMM-TD is an activity to instill awareness that leadership cannot run alone, but requires cooperation and a sense of responsibility from every member,” she explained on Wednesday (4/2).

A number of materials were delivered during the activity, including cooperative studies by the supervisor, leadership and organizational material by the chairperson and vice chairperson, correspondence or letter administration by the secretary, financial management by the treasurer, and activity management procedures by the public relations division.

Throughout the activity, participants appeared enthusiastic in following each training session. It is hoped that members will be able to apply the knowledge gained in organizational life and grow into individuals with leadership spirit, responsibility, and the ability to work synergistically.
