The Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKS) of Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) successfully held a briefing event for prospective alumni on Monday, 23/09/2024, yesterday. This activity was carried out online through Zoom Meeting and broadcast live on YouTube Universitas PGRI Madiun. This year, FIKS UNIPMA carries the theme ‘Health Innovation for Entrepreneurial Opportunities,’ which aims to equip prospective alumni with insights to help them face challenges in the professional world while opening business opportunities in various fields.

The event was attended by the Dean of FIKS UNIPMA and his staff, lecturers, and prospective alumni students for the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. In his remarks, the Dean of FIKS UNIPMA, Dr.drh. Cicilia Novi Primiani, M.Pd, emphasised the importance of understanding entrepreneurial opportunities, especially in the health sector.

‘Prospective alumni students are expected to be more open-minded after attending this event. Competition in the world of work is very tight, but with the knowledge gained during the lecture period, I am sure they will be able to compete and take opportunities,’ said Dr.drh. Cicilia Novi Primiani, M.Pd.

Two speakers were invited to provide material on health innovation and career development, namely Apt. Drs. Rosid Sujono, M.M., ESG & Project Advisor of PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk and Chairperson of IAI Central Java, and Muhammad Habib Aliffudin, S.Or., Ikor UNIPMA alumni who is now continuing his master's studies and working as a swimming coach.

Through this event, FIKS UNIPMA hopes that prospective alumni can have a broader understanding of business opportunities in the health sector, both at the national and international levels. This briefing is expected to prepare them to face increasingly fierce competition with qualified knowledge and applicable skills.

With this briefing, prospective FIKS UNIPMA alumni are expected to not only be ready to enter the world of work, but also be able to see various business opportunities that they can create and develop in the future.
