UNIPMA Lecturer Provides Teacher Performance Training at SDIT Aisyah Ummul MuMinin Madiun City 

Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) lecturer, Dr. Fitra Pinandhita, M.Pd became a resource person in the teacher performance training program held at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Aisyah Ummul Mu’Minin Madiun  on Wednesday, 26/06/2024, yesterday. The event was attended by the principal, all teachers and school staff. 

This training aims to improve the performance of teachers and school staff as well as build good relationships between schools, parents, and communities. Dr. Fitra Pinandhita, M.Pd. explained that an open and respectful attitude between teachers and parents is needed. Good collaboration between schools and parents is expected to bring out the best potential of each student. Furthermore, he also explained several kinds of parenting patterns on this occasion.

Through this training, teachers at SDIT Aisyah Ummul Mu'Minin can provide appropriate treatment to children and parents." SDIT Aisyah Ummul Mu'Minin is a new school that has good potential in the future so hopefully there will be a synergized relationship between students, teachers, parents and the community," he added.

In addition, the main purpose of this activity is to build harmonious relationships between schools, parents and communities for the better development of children's education. "We believe that collaboration between schools, families, and communities is the key to success in educating future generations," concluded Dr. Fitra Pinandhita, M.Pd.

The event was also filled with a question and answer session where participants could directly discuss with Dr. Fitra Pinandhita, M.Pd about various problems they faced in the field. The participants were very enthusiastic and felt that this training was very useful for improving the quality of education at SDIT Aisyah Ummul Mu'Minin Madiun city.
