UNIPMA achieves a resounding victory in the International Undergraduate Research Congress 2024
The International Undergraduate Research Congress 2024 was held hybridly from Quirino State University Philippines via the Zoom platform on 06/06/2024, yesterday. The event was a collaboration of several leading universities in Asia, including UTAR-Univeriti Tun Abdul Rahman Malaysia, HCUC-Hanchiang University College Malaysia, CTU-Can Thao University Vietnam, UNIPMA-Indonesia, MMSU-Mariano Marcos State University, BASC-Bulacan Agricultural State College, ISPSC-Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, CSPC-Camarines Sur Polytechnic State College, and QSU-Quirino State University Philippines.
In this event, Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) from Indonesia showed brilliant achievements by winning a number of important awards. The UNIPMA team won the ‘Best Paper’ and ‘Best Presenter’ awards, proving the outstanding quality and contribution of its students. The following is a list of awards won by the UNIPMA team:
1. Best Paper:

Title: "Innovative Design Thinking for CALMA: Enhancing ADHD Detection, Literacy, and Support to Foster Good Health and Well-Being in Madiun, Indonesia".
2. Best Presenter:

4. 3rd Best Paper:
- Wida Ghaib Nugroho, Yanuar Andina Rahayu, Fiki Dwi Ananda, Orchidanti Izza Rahmawati (Informatics Engineering Study Programme).
Title: ‘Arduino-Based Smart Farming Moisture Sensor for Greenhouse in Ngrowo Bening, Madiun’
- Johan Rifqy Aritonang (Physics Education Study Programme).
Title: "I'm a Student and I'm Stressed: Platform Development for Busy and Stressed Students".
Overall, UNIPMA managed to send 6 teams from various study programmes, including PGSD, Information Systems (SI), Informatics Engineering (IT), Physics, and Mathematics. This success is proof of UNIPMA's commitment in supporting and encouraging students to actively participate in international research.
With this satisfactory result, UNIPMA has further strengthened its position as one of the universities committed to developing students' academic potential and supporting their contribution to research and scientific development at the international level.
