The Physics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP UNIPMA) held a national seminar entitled "Transformation & Innovation of Physics Learning in the Digital Era" online on Thursday (7/7/2022).

The event was opened by the Vice Chancellor for Division IV, Dr. Jeffry Handhika, M.Pd., M.Sc. He expressed his gratitude for the Physics Education Study Program for implementing the National Higher Education Standards (SNPT) such as publications and research. One of them is holding seminars and collaboration with other universities, and scientific publications for students. "This is very supportive in fulfilling the SNPT," he said.

The national seminar presented 4 resource persons, namely Prof. Dr. Heru Kuswanto, M.Si. from Yogyakarta State University, Ika Kartika, S.Pd., M.Pd.Si. from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Elyas Djufri, M.Pd. from Bachelorwiyata University Tamansiswa, and Andista Candra Yusro, M.Pd. from Universitas PGRI Madiun.

This seminar is part of the efforts of the physics education study program to explore issues related to research.

Mislan Sasono, S.Pd.Si, M.Pd, as the chairman of the committee explained, this seminar was attended by 100 participants. There are 35 selected papers that will later be published in a physics and scientific education journal that is accredited with sinta 2.

"We hope that this event will be able to strengthen cooperation and networking between researchers, participants and institutions. Hopefully, by participating in this seminar seriously, participants can get fresh material about the latest research," he hoped.

In addition, Farida Huriawati, S.Si., M.Sc. The Head of Physics Education Study Program also expressed his gratitude to the resource persons who have been willing to provide useful material for the development of the physics study program, we hope that the physics study program will be able to cooperate in other fields with the resource persons.

Interestingly, at the end of the material there is a question and answer session and discussion. Seminar participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the discussion.
