Friday, November 12, 2021. The briefing of UNIPMA Alumni Candidates has been completed. The briefing was carried out for five (5) days, starting on Monday 8 November – 12 November 2021. By presenting 16 successful and extraordinary resource persons.
Interestingly, in the series of Debriefing for Candidates for Alumni UNIPMA, they are divided into each faculty. So that in each faculty there is a special provision. It is hoped that UNIPMA will create good graduates. Because universities also need to map out their alumni.
The existence of alumni is an important part to improve the quality of higher education. Not only that, it turns out that there are various reasons why campuses need to manage alumni data. The success of university graduates in the world of work is one of the benchmarks for accreditation assessment. Alumni also play a role in improving the quality of education in higher education. So managing alumni data is an important component that must be considered by universities.
Final Debriefing Today, the agenda of the Debriefing is from the Faculty of Health and Science and the Faculty of Engineering, UNIPMA. Presenting 5 Speakers / Resource Persons, namely Apt. Arditya Firmansyah, S. Farm, Apt. Debie Erika Sari, S.Farm, Ismail Daimul Ikhsan from the Faculty of Health and Science and Istiqomatul Muarifah and Moch. Ronny Darmawan, S.Kom from the Faculty of Engineering, UNIPMA.
One of the speakers from the Alumni of the UNIPMA Faculty of Engineering, Moch. Ronny Darmawan, S.Kom when presenting the material said that in the world of work and business, building relationships seems to be a mandatory talent that must be mastered. "Especially now that the era is digital and welcomes the digital industry 4.0. For millennials themselves, building relationships is no longer a difficult thing. Due to its dynamic nature and being exposed to advanced technology every day, talking to many people, either directly or indirectly, seems easy to do,” he said.
Roni also said that not only building relationships to just say hello, building closer relationships also has a myriad of benefits for you, the job seeker. That's one way to get a job. "For example, if we have friends who are working, we can ask them for work recommendations or how to apply a good CV and so on," he concluded in the alumni briefing event, Friday (12/11/2021).
Furthermore, he also reminded prospective alumni to keep trying, “Keep trying, don't be silent. As much as any motivation, as long as you are silent. It's all just hallucinations," he concluded.
Meanwhile, Galih Hafidz Kurniawan, one of the prospective alumni of UNIPMA was very happy to be able to participate in the briefing of prospective alumni this time. But Galih also felt sad, because his happiness was not complemented by the presence of other friends who attended the briefing from their respective homes. “During my studies at UNIPMA there were many changes in myself, then I gained a lot of experience, and made new friends. Hopefully UNIPMA will always be victorious, continue to advance academically," concluded the 2018 student.
