In an effort to improve the competence of lecturers in the process of learning by implementing E-Learning, IKIP PGRI MADIUN in collaboration with Microsoft Indonesia held an E-Learning workshop entitled "Innovation & Inspiration: Embedding ICT in Effective Classroom pratice". The workshop was attended by 83 lecturers of the entire deparments.

This activity held in January 27-29, 2016 at Graha Cendekia IKIP PGRI MADIUN. It was was opened officially by Wakil Rektor II (Mr. Drs. Supri Wahyudi, M. Pd) and continued with the training hosted by Microsoft representatives, namely Moh. Sulham, Andri Wahyu Pradana, Thomas Hadi Suharta, and Anstasya Murtodjo. The presented materials were the introduction to Office 365, Office mix, sway, one drive and one note. The materials were expected to increase the knowledge of lecturers about the technology to help the learning process as well as to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

According to Mr. Anjar, M.Pd, one of the workshop participants, this activity was useful as a means of supporting innovation for lecturers in terms of learning. In addition to providing a means of innovation, this activity also increased the lecturers motivation in self professional development related to teaching and learning technology.
