"IKIP PGRI MADIUN CAREER FESTIVAL" A Career Site Information for Madiunese and the People surroundings 

The annual event spearheaded by BKHK, a Bureau of Cooperation, Public Relation and Entrepreneurship, IKIP PGRI MADIUN called Career Festival 2015 was held once more. The annual event aimed to bridge the public in both career as an employee or as an entrepreneur. Career Festival 2015 was officially opened by the Rector of IKIP PGRI MADIUN accompanied by the Head of Cooperation, Public Relation and Entrepreneurship Bureau, and attended by the representatives of job fair participants as well as hundreds of students and public. Three sessions offered by the committee was benefitted the society. They were education fairs, entrepreneurship seminars and job fairs.

The first session was education fair, this session informed the audience how to achieve educational scholarships abroad. The theme was "How to Study in Australia" and delivered by Muliono Latif of IDP Education. The educational seminar was expected to foster the knowledge and desires of the community regarding school scholarships abroad.

Furthermore, the second session was the second seminar on entrepreneurship with the theme "Young, Independent and Creative in Creating a Business Idea" presented by Angger Diri Winata, ST, the founder of Dus Duk Duk. This seminar aimed to inspire public confidence in running an entrepreneurial business through creativity which had been possessed.

The last session was Job Fair, as many as 12 companies offering jobs in various fields. The target of holding job fairs was job seekers, especially students who had recently graduated this year. In addition, this event was also a manifestation of the government programs in overcoming unemployment and poverty,

The series of events held from 07.30 pm received a positive response from the majority of participants who attended the event. As stated by Bagus, the participant and a fresh graduate of IKIP PGRI MADIUN, "Of course I and my friends felt accommodated in this event, the participants offered many employment opportunities that we need."
