The challenge for the people of the Industrial Revolution era was to increase its human resources. The situation makes universities currently required to be able to prepare graduates who are competent, competitive and have the ability to entrepreneurship.

Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) in this case contributed to improving human resources by increasing the ability of students who are oriented not only to academic achievement but also non-academic achievement.

"I want UNIPMA graduates to be workers who are ready to work and ready to create new jobs," said Dr. H. Parji, Rector of UNIPMA, in the 4.0 industrial revolution lecture on the activities of PKKMB UNIPMA 2019 in Graha Cendekia (09/10/2019). Dr. H. Parji also said that the demands of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 could only be answered by education that was able to deliver the nation's children into competent, competitive and entrepreneurial human resources.
