UNIPMA – The Groove Harmonic Music Student Activity Unit (UKM Musik) of Universitas PGRI Madiun successfully held the Oktober Stereo (OUTRO) Vol. 2 concert in the rear parking area of UNIPMA Campus 1 on Friday (October 9). Carrying the theme “Good Coffee, Good Music, Good People,” this artistic performance event served as a platform for showcasing talent and a space for socializing while enjoying music and coffee together.

This annual event was designed as a creative stage under the Music Student Activity Unit’s work program to showcase the results of its members’ practice sessions. The OUTRO concert was first initiated in 2025 and continued with its second edition in 2026 under the leadership of Music Student Activity Unit President Rico Tri Santoso and Event Chairperson Jonathan Alfa.

UNIPMA Music Student Activity Unit Advisor, Ahmad Nur Aziz, S.Pd., M.Ak., also provided guidance throughout the event, which aimed to expand the campus music network and introduce musicians from outside the region to the organization’s members.

In his report, committee representative Juan Tito Mahendra Putra stated that the concert primarily focused on encouraging and developing the skills of new members.

“This event was held to encourage new members to hone and upgrade their skills, while also training them to work as a team and develop good character in the music industry,” Juan said.

The concert received a warm reception and was attended by members of the university leadership, including the Music Student Activity Unit Advisor, the Head of BKM, the Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), and the Student Admissions Team (PMB). The atmosphere became even more lively with the presence of music communities, local Madiun musicians and artists from outside the region, as well as members of the academic community from Madiun State Polytechnic (PNM). The OUTRO stage was also enlivened by a modern dance performance by UKM Tjandra Kirana.

Following the success of OUTRO Vol. 2, the organizing committee hopes that the event will continue to provide lasting benefits for Music Student Activity Unit members and be held again in the coming years on a larger scale, bringing pride to Universitas PGRI Madiun.
