Dosen Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) will be involved as speakers in a teacher training program organized by the Adiluhung Nusantara Education Foundation.

This involvement is part of a collaboration between FKIP UNIPMA and the Adiluhung Nusantara Education Foundation, formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signing held at the FKIP Dean’s Office on Monday (10/6).

The agreement was signed by the Dean of FKIP UNIPMA, Dr. Muh. Waskito Ardhi, S.Pd., M.Pd., together with the Supervisor of the Adiluhung Nusantara Education Foundation, Ari Anjani, S.Sos.

The Dean of FKIP UNIPMA stated that this collaboration opens opportunities for lecturers to contribute directly to improving teacher competencies through training activities.

He emphasized that efforts to enhance teacher capacity should be supported by universities through the academic expertise and practical experience of lecturers.

“We want lecturers not only to focus on academic activities on campus, but also to be present in the education community through training and mentoring programs,” he said.

In addition to supporting teacher training activities, the cooperation also covers the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in education and community service.

The Supervisor of the Adiluhung Nusantara Education Foundation, Ari Anjani, S.Sos., stated that the foundation requires resource persons with strong competencies and experience in education to support its training programs.

She noted that FKIP UNIPMA lecturers are considered to have the appropriate expertise to meet the needs of the program.

“We hope this collaboration can improve the quality of teacher training while also expanding cooperation networks in the field of education,” she said.

The MoA signing ceremony was witnessed by Vice Dean I of FKIP UNIPMA, Dr. Edy Suprapto, S.Si., M.Pd., and Vice Dean II, Dwi Rosita Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D.

Through this collaboration, both institutions are committed to developing educational programs focused on improving teacher quality and strengthening educator competencies.
