Realizing an Impactful Campus, UNIPMA and a Thai Campus Initiate Strategic Collaboration
Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) continues to expand its international collaboration network. Through the Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations (BKH) Foreign Affairs Division, UNIPMA held an online meeting with Thai Global Business Administration Technological College, Thailand, on Thursday (23/4).
The Person in Charge (PJ) of BKH’s Foreign Affairs Division at UNIPMA, Dr. Brigitta Septarini R., S.S., M.Pd., emphasized that this discussion is a strategic step in strengthening global networks through concrete collaboration. “This initiative is an effort to realize an impactful campus, while also opening opportunities for academic development, research, and global experience for both lecturers and students,” she said on Monday (27/4).
The meeting was attended by delegations from both institutions, including Dr. Nico Irawan as Executive Director for International Affairs from Thai Global Business Administration Technological College. The presence of these delegations reinforced the commitment of both parties to building sustainable cooperation.
During the meeting, several strategic academic agendas were discussed, ranging from strengthening research collaboration, guest professor programs, to providing international internship opportunities for students. In addition, both institutions explored opportunities for cross-border community service and the implementation of guest lectures to enrich the academic insight of the academic community.
The discussion was interactive and demonstrated a shared vision in building an equal and professional partnership. Both parties agreed that this meeting was not only an exploratory stage but also directed toward the formulation of technical programs ready to be implemented in the near future.
Through this synergy, UNIPMA is optimistic that collaboration with Thai Global Business Administration Technological College will have a tangible impact, particularly in improving the quality of learning and the quality of graduates so that they possess competencies relevant at the international level.
