The Student Activity Unit (UKM) Teater Bissik of Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) successfully staged a performance titled "Epilogisme 2025 Inauguration" at the UNIPMA Integrated Lab last Thursday (16/10). This event served as a graduation performance for members of UKM Teater Bissik who had completed their membership period.

The event was attended by the supervising lecturer, Lusia Dwi Kristiasih P., M.A., and dozens of spectators who filled the performance space. The audience's enthusiasm was visible from the beginning until the end of the show.

The performance was divided into three play titles. The opening drama was performed by the new student volunteers with the unique title, “Izinkan Aku Melupakan Ingatanmu Tentangku dengan Mengingatmu Melupakanku” (Allow Me to Forget Your Memory of Me by Remembering You Forgetting Me). Following that, two groups of Teater Bissik 2025 members presented works titled “Datang Hanya untuk Pergi” (Only Coming to Leave) and “Ojo Turu Sore-sore” (Don't Sleep Too Early in the Afternoon).

The General Chairman of Teater Bissik, Aldhi Royan Nugraha, or by his stage name Selat Soemitra, revealed that the three scripts carried different themes but were all dramatically strong. "There was a romance of the metaphor of death, a tragic romance, and a horror thriller," he said.

He also conveyed that the inauguration performance was not only a venue to showcase their work but also a moment to officially sanction members who had gone through intensive creative processes and rehearsals.

The hope from both the organizers and the audience is the same: for Teater Bissik to remain active in creating and maintaining the tradition of staging performances. "The audience's enthusiasm was excellent, so hopefully Bissik will continue to carry out the 'stage worship'," concluded Aldhi or Selat.
