Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has once again strengthened its international collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. The signing ceremony took place at Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) on Tuesday (30/9) and was attended by university leaders from both institutions.

The partnership covers academic development, joint research, student and faculty exchanges, as well as opportunities for international publications. Through this MoU, UNIPMA aims to enhance the quality of its Tri Dharma of Higher Education—education, research, and community service—while expanding global collaboration in line with contemporary needs.

The MoU was signed directly by the Rector of UNIPMA, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., as a concrete commitment to opening sustainable and impactful international cooperation opportunities.

Head of the Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations (BKH) UNIPMA, Dr. Sri Lestari, S.Pd., M.Pd., stated that the agreement is designed to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma and strengthen institutional competitiveness at the global level. “This MoU serves as the legal foundation for formal cooperation between institutions in academics, research, and community engagement. Moreover, it expands our international network and enhances the university’s reputation,” she explained.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by invited guests in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. Through this collaboration, UNIPMA reaffirms its commitment to building global partnerships in pursuit of higher educational excellence.
