UNIPMA Begins Rector Election Stages, Here’s the Complete Agenda
Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) has officially begun the stages of the Rector Election for the 2026–2030 term. The first socialization was held on Tuesday (9/23), marking the start of the selection process for the new leader at the Blue Campus.
Based on the schedule released by the committee, the election agenda will run tightly with several stages, namely:

Socialization – September 23, 2025

Socialization and Publication Period – September 22–27, 2025

Registration – September 29–October 10, 2025

Data Verification – October 13, 2025
-
Vision and Mission Presentation – October 15, 2025
-
Committee Report to the Senate – October 17, 2025
-
Election in the Senate – October 23, 2025
Chair of the UNIPMA Rector Election Committee, Prof. Dr. Bambang Eko Hari Cahyono, M.Pd., emphasized that all stages will be carried out transparently. “This process is expected to run participatively, so that it produces the best leader for UNIPMA in the next four years,” he said in the online socialization.
Rector of UNIPMA, Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo, M.Pd., in his remarks, expressed gratitude as well as hope that the entire series of events will proceed smoothly. “Let us carry this out with courtesy, maintaining the security and peace of the campus, and making it a dignified democratic momentum,” he said.
In addition to the schedule, the committee also set several requirements for rector candidates, divided into general and specific requirements.
• General Requirements for Rector Candidates:

An Indonesian citizen.

Devout to God Almighty.
-
Committed to Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, and implementing them genuinely and consistently.

Embraces and upholds the values of PGRI’s vision and mission.
-
Of good character, proven with a Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
-
Physically and mentally healthy, proven with a medical certificate from a government doctor.
-
Honest, creative, dynamic, responsible, and productive in lecturer performance.
-
Has never been involved in drug abuse, proven with a drug-free certificate.
-
Has never been convicted by a legally binding court decision.
-
Loyal to PGRI and UNIPMA.
-
Has loyalty and commitment to togetherness.
-
Possesses strong university management and leadership skills.
• Specific Requirements for Rector Candidates:

PGRI member for at least 10 years with a valid membership card.
-
Holds a Doctoral degree.
-
Permanent lecturer at UNIPMA for at least 10 consecutive years.
-
Has held a structural position of at least Head of Study Program/Head of Bureau or equivalent.
-
Holds a lecturer certification.
-
Minimum functional position of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) at the time of registration, with a maximum age of 65 years, except for lecturers with the title of Professor.
With the established schedule and specific requirements, the election results in October will determine the policy direction and development of UNIPMA for the next four years.
