UNIPMA Successfully Holds Bimaseta CUP 2025, SMKN 1 Nganjuk Emerges as the Winner
Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) successfully organized an inter-student futsal tournament titled Bimaseta CUP 2025, held by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business (BIMAFEB) on June 20–21, 2025, at the GOR Cendekia UNIPMA.
With the theme “Battle of Champions: Show Your Best Play,” the tournament presented a lively and sportsmanlike competitive atmosphere. A total of 18 teams from high schools, vocational schools, and Islamic senior high schools (SMA, SMK, and MA) across East Java participated, marking high enthusiasm among students for futsal.
The tournament climaxed on Saturday, 21/06/2025, where SMKN 1 Nganjuk shone brightly and emerged as the champion after defeating their opponents through the knockout phases to the final. Meanwhile, SMAN 4 Madiun took second place, followed by SMKN 1 Wonoasri B in third, and SMKN 2 Jiwan in fourth.
SMKN 1 Nganjuk’s achievement was further complemented by Rizky being chosen as the tournament’s best player due to his consistent and impressive performance throughout the matches.
The trophy and awards were presented by Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M., Chairperson of the Management Study Program at FEB UNIPMA, accompanied by the Chairperson of the FEB Student Association, the Chairperson of the Futsal UKM, and the Chairperson of the Bimaseta CUP 2025 organizing committee.
“We appreciate the enthusiasm of all participants and the spirit of sportsmanship shown throughout the tournament. Hopefully, Bimaseta CUP can become an annual event that encourages students to continue developing physically, mentally, and in teamwork,” said Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M.
The chief organizer, Syaiful Ilham, conveyed that the preparation and implementation of the tournament went well thanks to the cooperation and coordination of the entire committee. “In the future, it will be even better. Hopefully, Bimaseta CUP can continue to grow and reach more schools across East Java,” he said.
A similar statement was made by Virda Mar’atush, the event coordinator, who explained that the tournament ran according to the planned schedule, with the group stage matches held on Friday (20/6) and the final round on Saturday (21/6).
Bimaseta CUP is not only a competition event but also a means to introduce the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UNIPMA to high school/vocational school/Islamic senior high school students.
