Thursday, 09 September 2017, second day of the implementation of PKKMB, locating in Cendekia Hall of University of PGRI Madiun, The new freshman’s of UNIPMA gained materials about the prevention of narcotic abuse to the freshman in Campus Area.  Due to so many negative effects caused by the use of narcotic, namely; 1. It can damage the totality of NKRI, 2. There are many victims dead because of narcotic and 3. It can also shatter national morality. Accordingly, the use of narcotic should be fought. Indonesia is a country that is very vulnerable by the existence of narcotic; there are a lot of Indonesia citizens becoming narcotic addict. Freshman as generation of national struggle successor should be the foremost guard in case of narcotic prevention.

Dr. Soubar Isman, coming from National Narcotic Agency in East Java, asserted that the freshman of the University of PGRI Madiun must not have tasted narcotic at all, because someone who has been influenced by narcotics will addict narcotic. Having really been craving of narcotic, it will be difficult to be recovered and will also ruin his future.
