 The Procedures of JTV Coverage Application, Please download here:

  1. Please download and fill out the form on the Web UNIPMA.
  2. Submit Application Form for Coverage of JTV to BKH (Hard Copy) and send Email to yunitafurina@gmail.com cc agitarnurhikmawati@unipma.ac.id (soft copy) maksimal 3 hari sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan.
  3. The Implementation Process Coverage Became the Responsibility of person in charge.
