HMPS Pharmacy and IKOR Collaborate to Share the Joy of Ramadhan with the YP Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Madiun City 

The Student Association of the Pharmacy Study Program and IKOR Universitas PGRI Madiun carry out social service at the YP Muhammadiyah Orphanage, Taman District, Madiun City. Monday, 01/04/2024. The social service activity, which is named "The Spirit of Welcoming Ramadhan Kareem (SEMARAK) is a routine program from the public relations and spirituality division.

According to Khaulah Hilya Aniqa's report, as the chief organizer, said that the activity was attended by Dr. drh. Cicilia Novi Primiani M.Pd (Dean of FIKS), apt. Desi Kusumawati S.Farm., M.Farm (Deputy Dean of FIKS), Dra. Arum Suproborini M, Si (Pharmacy Study Program Secretary), Drs. Lukas Susanto M.Kes (Ikor Lecturer), 15 Orphanage Children, 1 Caregiver, and 15 Social Service Committees.

The activity began with the reading of the holy verses of the Koran and continued with remarks from the chief executive, the dean of the school of science, and the caretaker of the orphanage. Then, after the speech, the dean of HMFIKS symbolically handed over the compensation to Ustadzah Darsini (Orphanage Caregiver).

The work program activities carried out by the two HMPS aim to build ties of friendship and enthusiasm for welcoming the holy month of Ramadan. The compensation provided is in the form of cash, logistics, light snacks, household necessities, clothes and books.

"SEMARAK" is supported by Faculty, Lecturers, Students and external parties who participate in the smooth and successful activities. This is in line with the theme taken, namely "Spread Caring, Create Togetherness."
