The International Faculty Mobility Program is an initiative by faculty members or academic staff of higher education institutions to exchange or visit other institutions abroad. Its purpose is to expand professional networks, enhance teaching and research quality, and enrich the academic experience of faculty members and students. This program can also promote collaboration between institutions and provide opportunities for students to engage in international activities under faculty supervision.
PGRI University Madiun has a wide network of partners to ensure the best learning experience for students involved in this program. With three foreign universities as partners, it proves that UNIPMA's relations are not limited to Indonesia alone.
During the "Welcome to PGRI University Madiun - Faculty Mobility Program" event, partner institutions were provided with information about life in Madiun city, including culture, arts, education, and other relevant information. The goal of this event is to ensure that students from partner institutions have a positive experience and can share their journey while studying at PGRI University Madiun.
Through this activity, UNIPMA hopes to expand its international cooperation network and contribute to the development of environmental sciences through the exchange of knowledge and experiences among students from partner institutions.
The arrival of students from NEUST, ISPSC, and MMSU is also expected to provide new networking opportunities, insights, and valuable experiences for UNIPMA students, as well as create a diverse learning environment filled with creativity.
Four students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) and two Law students from NEUST participated in the International Credit Transfer program. Three students from MMSU participated in teaching practice programs at SMAN 2 Madiun and SDN 05 Madiun Lor for one month. The hope is that students gain teaching experience in Indonesian schools and share it with students.
This overview of the activity demonstrates UNIPMA's commitment to improving quality and opening doors for international cooperation to mutually build creative individuals in the field of education and learning.
