38 DPL Lecturers and 494 FKIP UNIPMA Students Participate in PLP-1 and Microteaching Training 

A total of 38 DPL lecturers and 494 students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas PGRI Madiun took part in the training for the Educational Field Program 1 (PLP-1) and Microteaching for the 2023/2024 academic year, at the UNIPMA Scholars Graha, Wednesday, 06/03/2024.

Before being deployed to partner schools, DPL lecturers and PLP-1 students were provided with material presented by four resource persons, namely Dr Tantri Mayasari, M.Pd, Samsul Arifin, M.Pd, Dr Lingga Nico P., M.Pd, and Dr Asroful Kadafi, M.Pd.

Dr. Tantri Mayasari, M.Pd explained material regarding the PLP-1 mechanism. Through the PLP-1 mechanism, students are introduced to the process of the series of activities that will be undertaken. Meanwhile, Samsul Arifin, M.Pd conveyed the Microteaching mechanism or what is usually called microlearning. A model or method of training basic teacher teaching skills that is carried out on a micro or simplified basis, namely time, material and number of students.

The third resource person, Dr. Lingga Nico P., M.Pd delivered material on the PLP-1 system. This material is presented based on the essence of PLP-1 activities, namely observation, analysis, school culture, school management and school dynamics as an educational development institution.

Lastly, Dr. Asroful Kadafi, M.Pd provided material on Ethics and Bullying Prevention for students. This material is presented to provide students with understanding and knowledge about how to behave ethically and prevent bullying in the academic world. The aim is to create a healthy and safe environment for all parties.

The chief organizer of the activity, Mrs Asri Musandi Waraulia, S. Pd., M. Pd, in her report, conveyed several things and techniques that students needed to prepare. He also added that before holding the PLP-1 and Microteaching training, the Field Experience and Internship Practice Unit (UPPLM) had implemented a Common Perception and MoU with partner schools.

The implementation of PLP-1 is divided into groups and spread across 28 partner schools in collaboration with Universitas PGRI Madiun. These partner schools are located in the Madiun City and Regency areas.
