Mayor of Madiun, Dr. Drs. H. Maidi, S.H., M.M., M.Pd., attended a training event for Volleyball UKM Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) at Gor Wilis, Madiun city, 12/20/2023, yesterday. This event was held to strengthen the skills, skills and abilities of athletes to increase the popularity of volleyball as a sport among students.

In his speech, Dr. Drs. H. Maidi, S.H., M.M., M.Pd. said that improving the skills and abilities of Volleyball UKM would create a synergy between students and the community. "Activities like this are carried out in a programmed manner to improve the quality of human resources, the closeness between students and residents has a positive impact on all groups." Said Dr. Drs. H. Maidi, S.H., M.M., M.Pd.

This event is very popular with students and the general public, especially volleyball fans. There are at least dozens of students and residents taking part in this training, they also get the opportunity to be trained by expert coaches in the field of volleyball.

With the success of this event, Universitas PGRI Madiun will improve the quality of the sport of volleyball. In the future, UNIPMA will also hold activities such as tournaments, competitions and competitions to provide a platform for the younger generation to be creative in the sport of volleyball.
